🎄 Brownie Tree & Truffle Kit


Move over gingerbread house… here comes the brownie tree! Our build your own brownie tree kit is
full of festive activities. We’ve designed it especially to get the most fun & least waste, even the
wrapper is re-useable!

From this kit you’ll be able to create:
– A decorated brownie tree
– 20 brownie truffles
– 5x colour in star decorations
– Christmas paper craft such as paperchains

900g classic fudge brownie slab, festive sprinkles (sprinkle styles may vary from pictures), chocolate, cutting guide with colour in star decorations, cake board, piping bag, instructions & truffle recipe, double sided patterned festive wrap.


Weight & Dimensions: This kit will make a brownie tree of approximately 4.5 inches at the widest base and 4.5 inches tall weighing around 450g. As well as around 20 truffles at around 20g each.

Brownie Christmas Tree Ingredients

Golden caster sugar, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder alkalised, organic plain flour (wheatmay contain traces of sesame). White sugar crystals: sugar, Glazing Agent (Shellac), Colours (E171). Pink 100’s & 1000’s: Sugar, wheat starch, Glucose Syrup, Colouring: Radish, Apple and Blackcurrant Concentrate, Carnauba Wax. Red & white sugar strands: Icing Sugar (sugar, potato starch), Un hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (palm), Maize Starch, Water, Emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), Glazing Agents (shellac, acacia gum), Colours (E129). Glimmer gold 100’s & 1000’s: Sugar, wheat starch, Glucose Syrup, Colour (E172, E171, E101), glazing agent (shellac). White chocolate balls: milk chocolate (53%) [sugar, cocoa butter (20%min), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min: 32%], sugar, stabilizer: arabic gum, wheat/maize starch, colour – E171 glazing agent: E464, carnauba wax, beeswax. Gold stars: Sugar, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Rice flour, Colours (E101, E171, E172), Glazing agent (shellac). Gold chocolate beans: Milk Chocolate (63%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, milk powder, Cocoa Mass, Whey, Emulsifier: (soya Lecithin, Vanilla flavouring, Cocoa min: 30%) Sugar, Stabilizer: Arabic Gum, rice starch, Natural Vanilla Extract, Colourings: E171, E172, stabilizers: E460(i) & E464, Glazing Agents: Carnauba Wax. Our Christmas range has a shelf life of 9 days for Brownies, and 7 days for Blondies from your date of dispatch.

It’s worth keeping in mind that a best before date is just a guide, as a company we have to air on the side of caution, however they will likely keep a while longer than the best before date, so there’s no need to rush to eat them (although usually our brownies don’t hang around for long!). They keep exceptionally well and stay nice and gooey in a tin or Tupperware.

Perfectly suitable for home freezing. Defrost within a couple of hours of when needed.
