Made without Gluten Mince pie Blondie
Light soft brown sugar, eggs, gluten free flour: flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), baking powder: (white rice flour, disodium diphosphate [E450i], sodium bicarbonate [E500ii]), salt. Ground almonds, Vanilla bean paste: (sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, xanthan gum, alcohol 17%), salt. White chocolate chunks: minimum cocoa22.5% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring). Ground Nutmeg. Mixed Spice. Mincemeat: Sugar, Apple Puree, Currants (19%) (Currants, Sunflower oil), Sultanas (10%) (Sultanas, Sunflower oil), Mixed Peel (4%) (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar Lemon Peel, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Vegetable Suet (3%) (Palm Oil, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil), Mixed Spice, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid. Our Christmas range has a shelf life of 9 days for Brownies, and 7 days for Blondies from your date of dispatch.
It’s worth keeping in mind that a best before date is just a guide, as a company we have to air on the side of caution, however they will likely keep a while longer than the best before date, so there’s no need to rush to eat them (although usually our brownies don’t hang around for long!). They keep exceptionally well and stay nice and gooey in a tin or Tupperware.
Perfectly suitable for home freezing. Defrost within a couple of hours of when needed.
